The starting salary for this position is $80,000 - $95,000 annualized
Role
The Product Marketing Manager leads and manages go-to-market strategies for assigned financial products and services and works collaboratively with Product, Data, as well as other cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure achievement of growth objectives. Go-to-Market strategies include traditional and digital marketing initiatives, leveraging numerous marketing technology tools. This role works closely with business unit leaders and leads marketing promotions to achieve objectives. This individual deeply understands the target audience’s everyday challenges and can succinctly explain how PenAir products help solve member problems.

Knowledge and Skills
Eight years to 10 years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience. • Minimum of five years’ experience in product-focused marketing • Industry experience and knowledge of the financial industry • Strong knowledge of marketing channels, including advertising, direct mail, email, digital, and social • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements • Experience developing data-driven, automated personalization campaigns • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRMs • Experience with and understanding of SEM and SEO
Education/Certifications/LicensesBachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline.
Interpersonal SkillsA significant level of trust, credibility and diplomacy is required. In-depth dialogue, conversations and explanations with customers, direct and indirect reports and outside vendors can be of a sensitive and/or highly confidential nature. Communications may involve motivating, influencing, educating and/or advising others on matters of significance. Typically includes subject matter experts as well as first level to middle managers.
