ACM Shop Working Foreman
Lewistown, PA | Full-Time | Regular (40–45 hours/week)

What You’ll Do
- Lead & Develop: Supervise and mentor direct reports, fostering a collaborative and accountable team environment.
- Manage Operations: Oversee daily shop activities including scheduling, resource allocation, and production tracking.
- Drive Safety & Quality: Enforce company safety policies and maintain high quality control standards to ensure superior product output.
- Optimize Processes: Recommend and implement improvements to enhance production methods, equipment performance, and overall workflow.
- Oversee Inventory & Maintenance: Manage incoming inventory, organize storage, and coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in manufacturing and 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage people effectively, communicate clearly, and work collaboratively on the shop floor.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfort with basic computer functions and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) to support operational tasks.
- Physical Readiness: Ability to work in a busy shop environment, including standing, walking for extended periods, and occasionally lifting up to 100 pounds.
- Credentials: A valid driver’s license is required.
