ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with Sales and Marketing tasks, including the ability to create visually appealing power point presentations and developing engaging content to support campaigns and initiatives.
- Schedules and organizes activities such as meeting and travel itineraries, along with coordination of calendars, and gift reporting.
- General website updates.
- Participate in planning of company events.
- Facilitate internal communications, announcements and scheduling of company-wide initiatives which requires engagement and rapport with all departments.
- Optimizing external communications through social media platforms.
- Implementation of company intranet.
- To perform General Administrative Tasks and other duties as required
- All other duties as assigned.
- High School diploma.
- Two years of administrative experience.
- A well organized and self-directed individual with strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to draft professional correspondence and presentations.
- Highly motivated, self-starter, who is willing to step in on new assignments anytime with minimal instruction and guidance. Comfortable taking on a variety of tasks and driven to succeed.
- Strong organization and time management skills with a collaborative communication approach.
- Team player with solutions-focused mindset with strong Interpersonal skills.
- Strong skills with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, One Drive and social media platforms. Proficient in Photoshop and Canva.
- Rare but occasional travel needs; 5%
