Pennsylvania Counseling Services (PCS) is seeking a Recovery Case Manager (Recovery Navigator) to join our outpatient day program. In this role, you will play a crucial part in helping individuals with addiction and serious mental illness (SMI) connect with services and build a supportive recovery environment.
What You’ll Do
As a Recovery Navigator, you will:
- Work closely with individuals in addiction treatment to provide guidance and support.
- Help coordinate services by collaborating with case management, probation, and other referral sources.
- Pick up clients each morning and attend day-long activities and sessions at our clinic.
- Foster a social and supportive environment, encouraging clients to bond with peers in recovery.
- Support clients through structured therapy sessions, recreational activities, and goal-based incentives.
- Transport clients in a company-provided van, ensuring safe and timely access to treatment.
