Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and tech-savvy front desk person to join our growing Medical Aesthetics practice. This role requires an individual who can seamlessly manage front desk operations while also contributing to our online presence through engaging social media content.
Front Desk Duties:
- Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming environment.
- Check patients in and out efficiently, ensuring all paperwork is completed.
- Schedule and confirm appointments while managing the provider’s calendar.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about services.
- Process payments and handle billing inquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and waiting area.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering office supplies as needed.
- Manage and grow the practice’s social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
- Respond to comments and messages in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate with the team to capture behind-the-scenes content, patient transformations (with consent), and provider highlights.
- Assist with email marketing campaigns and other digital outreach efforts.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role (preferably in healthcare or aesthetics).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram Reels and TikTok.
- Proficiency in using scheduling and patient management software.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with basic graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Spark, or similar) is a plus.
- Knowledge of medical aesthetics treatments (e.g., Botox, fillers, laser treatments) is preferred but not required.
