Inside Sales Representative, White Bear Lake, MN

We have an opportunity for an Inside Sales Representative to join our White Bear Lake, MN team. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.


You will:

  • Proactively reach out to potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients to drive repeat sales.
  • Understand and present our product offerings to meet the needs of clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales plans.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.


Key Qualifications:

  • Experience with MS Office Suite (Excel, PPT, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience with JDE and Salesforce a plus
  • Ability for occasional overnight travel
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in an inside sales role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field is preferred.


Compensation:

The hourly pay for this role is: $30.00 - $33.00/hr. DOE. Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training. Actual pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, and experience.

This position may be eligible for other forms of compensation.
