Role Description
This is a contract Land Tech / Land Admin role at Penterra Services, LLC located in Edmond, OK, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Land Tech / Land Admin, you will be responsible for tasks such as:
- Research and verify data for preparation of basic land related documents, agreements, reports and correspondence
- Communicate with project managers as well as other land team members, mineral owners and working interest owners
- Provide support and assistance to Landmen while working under general supervision
- Ensure documents have been filed in County of record
Qualifications
- Experience in land administration
- Strong research skills for gathering land-related information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and remotely
