Central Admissions Coordinator

Seeking a full-time Central Admissions Coordinator to work at The Gardens at Orangeville located in Orangeville, PA.

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic individual to oversee develop, and maintain relationships with local hospitals, physicians, and the community to drive patient referral efforts.

This is a Full-Time Monday - Friday position.

Rate: $50k-$70k/year. DOE

Responsibilities:

• Grow new referral opportunities in hospitals and other sources

• Act as liaison between facilities and referral sources

• Convert referrals to new residents

• Community outreach and relationship building

• Coordinate admissions with the facility team

• Ensure admission documentation is completed accurately and timely

Requirements:

• Experience in Healthcare Sales, Marketing, Referral Management, and/or Admissions

• Licensed clinical is mandatory (RN, LPN, or Licensed Social Worker)

• Experience with the LTC admission process required
