WeCare at Sycamore Care Center is actively seeking a motivated Admissions Coordinator for our community. Our Skilled Nursing Facility Admissions Coordinator you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operations of our facility by providing exceptional customer service to residents, families, and staff. The concierge will work closely with the Director of Admissions, housekeeping, and Maintenance to streamline the appropriate communication and guidance to the facilities IDT. This position requires a friendly demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities
PREVIOUS SNF EXPERIENCE
- Greeting residents upon arrival and providing a warm welcome.
- Room readiness for any new admissions, and readmissions. This can include but is not limited to :
o Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to address any room-related issues.
o Conduct room inspections to ensure cleanliness and appropriate equipment is in place.
o Place welcome bags in the room for every new admission.
o Place welcome sign on the door for every new admission.
