- Position Reports to Director, Finance.
- Work Days : Primarily Monday through Friday.
- Infrequent travel may be required.
- Evening and weekend work may be required infrequently.
- FLSA Status : Non-Exempt.
Overall Purpose of Job
Assists the accounting department with invoicing, and the receipt and accounting of funds for the organization.Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Prepares invoicing for digital communications segment of company.Prepare invoicing for other segments of company on an as needed basis.Distribute invoices to clients via their preferred method.Reconcile invoices prepared in CRM to accounting software.Manage credit card processing and record payments received by credit cards.Maintain records of monthly, quarterly, and annual client subscriptionsMaintain records of sales incentive splits and assist Assistant Controller with calculation of consultant wages and sales incentivesSupport Senior Controller and Assistant Controller with special projects and accounting functions as needed.Provide general clerical data entry support to accounting department.Administrative

Bachelors degree considered with 0-2 years’ experience.Experience
Less than two years previous accounting experience preferred.Prior experience using accounting softwareMicrosoft Office skills, focused on Word and Excel.Extensive experience with Excel.Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees or organization.Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.Software Proficiency
