Logistics Supervisor
Location : Oklahoma City, OK
Salary : $20 / hour
Schedule : Monday – Friday, 7 : 30 AM - 4 : 30 PM About the Role : People Source OKC is hiring a Logistics Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and transportation operations for modular homes, semi-trucks, forklifts, and cranes. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead diverse teams. Key Responsibilities : 1. Preventative Maintenance Oversight
Supervise and schedule preventative maintenance for semi-trucks, forklifts, and cranes to ensure equipment reliability and compliance with safety standards.
Coordinate with maintenance teams and external vendors to address equipment repairs.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance schedules and completed work.
2. Trucking Oversight
Plan and schedule the transportation of modular homes, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries.
Ensure all transportation activities comply with state and federal regulations, including FMCSA and state DOT requirements.
Oversee accurate documentation, such as permits for oversized loads, driver logs, and vehicle inspections.
Monitor driver performance, ensuring professionalism, adherence to schedules, and safety compliance.
Collaborate with the factory team to coordinate the readiness of modular homes for transport.
Work closely with contractor drivers, pilots, and compliance agencies to ensure smooth operations and regulatory compliance.
