Experience:

• 8 years of experience in IT strategy, organizational assessments, or technology consulting.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing IT roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Expertise in evaluating IT structures, workflows, and technologies to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.

Skills:

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Proficiency in IT governance, process optimization, and organizational design.
• Ability to develop actionable recommendations and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.

Certifications:

• TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) Certified (preferred).
• ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) Certification (preferred).
• PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent.
