- EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS
- One (1) year customer service experience required.
- Experience or training in basic building / facilities maintenance tasks required.
- Experience or training in MS Office Applications including Word, Excel and Outlook required.
- Experience providing administrative support preferred.

- Time Management - Ability to organize, plan and prioritize work to complete within required time frames and to follow-up on pending issues. Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and thrive in dynamic fast-paced environments and under pressure.

Corporate Facilities is responsible for general management, professional direction and leadership for all corporate facilities services / functions, primarily in operations and maintenance. Facilities plans a continual work schedule to maintain a safe and healthy condition to achieve the best working conditions possible for all employees. Engages and manages contractors and service vendors to execute repair and maintenance projects and roll-out support, with minimal disruption to operations.
