As the Site Manager, you will oversee all phases of assigned projects from planning to completion, ensuring that client expectations align with operational excellence. You will be the go-to leader on-site, coordinating logistics, supervising multi-national teams, and upholding the highest safety and quality standards. This is a critical role that blends technical oversight, leadership, and hands-on problem-solving.
What You'll Be Doing:
Project Execution: Receive project scopes, plan resources, and supervise on-site operations to ensure projects are completed on time and within specifications.
Team Leadership: Manage and support diverse teams of 30 individuals; foster a positive and high-performing environment.
Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and contractors; provide consistent project updates and troubleshoot issues.
Safety and Compliance: Enforce health and safety protocols, maintain necessary certifications, and ensure all personnel meet compliance standards.
Documentation: Track labor hours, work progress, and project timelines using Google Suite and project tracking tools.
Problem Solving: Address day-to-day challenges with a solutions-driven mindset to maintain project momentum.
What You Bring:
Technical Skills:
Expertise in Project Management and Construction Site Safety
Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
Experience with project tracking systems (e.g., BOT G, Google Port)
Knowledge of Fiber Optics Installation (preferred)
Risk Management and Deficiency Management expertise
Behavioral Competencies:
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
High attention to detail and quality
Ability to maintain composure and manage tasks under pressure
Commitment to empowering and valuing diverse team members
Requirements:
Experience leading site operations or field project management
Proficiency with digital documentation and tracking systems

Willingness to travel and provide after-hours support when needed
