Customer Service / Onsite Call Center
Peoplelink Staffing Solutions, in partnership with a prominent client in Garrett, IN is looking for an onsite dependable Customer / Service Call Center representative with a robust professional background, adept in technology, proficient in customer service, and skilled in computer operations.
Customer Service / Call Center Job Summary :
16.50 / hour
Hours : 9 : 00am - 5 : 30pm
Monday - Friday and one Saturday a month
This job is onsite only
Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers
De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patience and support.
Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site, and services.
Review customer accounts, providing updates and account information.
Update customer information in the database during and after each call.
Work with the management team to stay updated on product.
Problem solving and turning frustrated clients into repeat customers.
Customer Service / Call Center Qualifications :
Diploma required
Strong professional background, excellent communication skills, and exceptional problem-solving abilities maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Strong communication, both written and verbal
Great active listening skills, patient and empathetic attitude
Exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills.
Strong time management and organizational skills
Adaptable, flexible and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
Computer literacy
Phone skills, including familiarity with complex or multi-line phone systems.
Knowledge of Microsoft, QuickBooks, and Windows Operating Systems a plus
