Pay Rate :

The pay rate for this job is $20 - $25 / hour

What you'll be doing as an Accounting Assistant :

Compute, verify, and post-production info.

Close orders / run production reports

Perform special assignments / projects to assist the Accounting Dept.

Process accounts payable / purchase orders to ensure payments to vendors are correctly charged to their accounts.

Assist in inventory and research / correct production issues for inventory control.

The job will consist of putting bills in system, paying bills, running a general ledger, bank recs, (dealing with sales orders & purchase orders) and more.

Available shifts :

Shift Timings : 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements :

They must have a minimum of 2 years experience in accounting.

They should be very familiar with quick books.

Having experience with the Profit 21 program would be a plus.

If the candidate is proficient in quick books the customers would be willing to train the associate in their company process and procedures.

The will need to have good communication skills and be able to get along with their co-workers within the work climate.
