Minimum Qualifications:
- Associates Degree preferred with 2 -4years experience in Human Resources/
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software and HRIS systems such as ADP.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
