Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree preferred with 2 -4years experience in Human Resources/
  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software and HRIS systems such as ADP.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process.
  • Manage the candidate experience throughout the hiring process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to build a diverse candidate pool.
  • Coordinate all aspects of new employee onboarding and orientation.
