Job Title: AR & AP Specialist Office Manager
Summary: We are seeking an experienced AR & AP Specialist Office Manager to oversee and support administrative and accounting staff, manage office supply inventory, and conduct Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in professional Billing, Accounting, Finance, AR, AP, Collections, or similar field.

Summary: We are seeking an experienced AR & AP Specialist Office Manager to oversee and support administrative and accounting staff, manage office supply inventory, and conduct Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in professional Billing, Accounting, Finance, AR, AP, Collections, or similar field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support administrative and accounting staff.
- Manage office supply inventory and supply purchasing.
- Monitor and schedule routine maintenance on all computers and office equipment.
- Conduct Accounts Payable operations such as processing company credit transactions and ACH transactions, reviewing AP invoices and submitted for approval, and closing & reconciling monthly AP statements.
- Conduct Accounts Receivable functions such as review of aging reports with light collections followup, oversee customer billing process, and work with project managers on overdue contract invoices.
- Responsible for monthly and quarterly accounting functions and sales reporting.
- Assist in Human Resources activities such as payroll, benefits coordination, and employee relations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in professional Billing, Accounting, Finance, AR, AP, Collections, or similar field.
- BASIC HR Assistant experience strongly preferred.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or similar field strongly preferred but not required.
- Microsoft Office proficiency required, Viewpoint & Vista experience a plus.
- Ability to effectively manage time and meet deadlines.
