About the Role :
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager in the Bay Area (or SoCal for the right candidate) with a strong background in commercial construction and experience in project management, estimating, or field supervision. The ideal candidate has expertise in interior glazing, framing / drywall, doors and hardware, carpentry, and demountable wall systems, along with a deep understanding of the construction process and a strong network of industry contacts. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage projects from pre-construction to completion, ensuring efficiency, budget control, and client satisfaction. We seek an ambitious, detail-oriented professional eager to grow, take on more responsibility, and drive success in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities :
- 3 years of experience in the Commercial Construction Industry as a PM, Project Executive, Account Manager, or possibly Construction Superintendent or Foreman
- Knowledge of the interior glazing, framing / drywall, doors / door hardware, carpentry trades
- Knowledge or direct experience with demountable wall systems
- Strong knowledge of the commercial construction process
- Network of construction industry contacts in the Bay Area
- Strong written / verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Strong technical skills in the field
- Leadership management potential
