What You’ll Do:
As our Assistant Marketing Manager, you’ll support our marketing team in a variety of tasks across all three brands, ensuring our campaigns, promotions, and materials are executed smoothly.
🔹 Social Media & Digital Marketing Assistance
- Assist with content creation, scheduling, and engagement for social media platforms
- Help manage online listings and reputation management (e.g., Yelp, Google, Yext)
- Support email and SMS marketing campaigns
🔹 Promotions & Brand Campaigns Assist
- Assist in executing promotional campaigns, including Limited-Time Offers (LTOs) and seasonal promotions
- Help coordinate Point of Purchase (POP) materials, signage, and in-store marketing efforts
- Assist in planning and executing partnerships, fundraisers, and local marketing initiatives
🔹 Project & Administrative Support
- Help manage the marketing calendar and ensure deadlines are met
- Assist in ordering critical marketing materials
- Coordinate with vendors, franchisees, and internal teams for campaign execution
- Track and report on marketing efforts, campaign performance, and customer feedback
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Strong attention to detail and organization
✔ Experience with social media management and content creation
✔ Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite and Loyalty Tools
✔ Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment, including project management of multiple campaigns, deadlines and materials.
✔ Excellent communication and teamwork skills, including customer feedback
✔ Passion for the restaurant and hospitality industry is a plus!

Salary : $35,000 - $60,000
