Peppertree Bay is a premier Condominium Association dedicated to providing exceptional service and hospitality. We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team and serve as the first point of contact for residents and guests.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests, residents, and visitors with a warm and welcoming attitude
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records, logs, and documentation
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and data entry
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams as needed
- Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-stocked
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk roles preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor and a positive attitude
- Availability for flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
