Information Technology Support Specialist is a hands-on opportunity that will equip individuals with essential knowledge and practical experience for in-demand entry level technical roles, including:
IT Support fundamentals – Understand basic IT infrastructure, configuration, and managing systems and devices.
Computer Hardware and Operating Systems – Identify hardware components, disassemble and assembly. Configure device operating systems and support PC, mobile and IoT device hardware.
IT Support Practices and Technologies – Learn to troubleshoot hardware and software problems on Windows, Mac, and Linux systems, and a variety of other devices.
Industry certifications – Earn credentials that enhance employability (CompTIA A and Google IT Support Professional Certificate)
