Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for executives and staff.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.
- Handle incoming calls and direct them to appropriate personnel or take messages when necessary.
- Maintain and update filing systems, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and meetings by gathering materials and compiling information.
- Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring inventory is kept at appropriate levels.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
