You will be the voice of our company, providing support and assistance to customers with their inquiries, issues, and requests
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and policy information in a timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues by providing accurate solutions and necessary follow-up.
- Document all customer interactions in our database accurately and comprehensively.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer service processes.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to assist customers effectively.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a call center or customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and call center technologies is a plus.
