We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscape Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of landscape maintenance practices. This role involves hands-on tasks to enhance and maintain the beauty of various landscapes, ensuring that gardens, lawns, and outdoor spaces are healthy and aesthetically pleasing.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, trimming, and pruning to maintain the appearance of lawns and gardens.
• Dig, plant, and build garden beds while ensuring proper soil preparation and plant selection.
• Care for trees by performing necessary tree care activities such as pruning, fertilizing, and pest management.
• Irrigate landscapes efficiently to promote healthy growth while conserving water resources.
• Conduct regular lawn care activities including aeration, overseeding, and fertilization to maintain lush green spaces.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition to ensure safety and efficiency on the job site.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to quality standards.
• Assist with groundskeeping duties to keep outdoor areas clean and well-organized.

Experience

• Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is preferred but not mandatory; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
• Familiarity with landscape maintenance techniques such as irrigation systems, lawn care practices, and tree care is advantageous.
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

We're committed to providing clear and transparent compensation information. The pay range for this position is an hourly rate of $22-$24. We also offer a comprehensive benefit package that includes health, vision, dental, long term disability, short term disability, legal insurance, and a 401k match
