YOUR DAY AS A DENTAL BILLING AND INSURANCE COORDINATOR
Join our team as a Dental Billing and Insurance Coordinator and prepare for a dynamic workday! Each morning, you verify patients' benefits to ensure everything is current for their upcoming visits. You then assist patients in understanding their financial responsibilities by calculating copayments before their treatment begins. You keep our systems updated throughout the day by entering checks and payments, ensuring everything runs seamlessly. You're the go-to person for insurance queries, providing patients with confidence and clarity. Your dedication contributes to a stress-free experience for both our dentistry and our patients!
YOUR HOURS
This part-time or full-time benefits coordinating role with our practice works varying shifts. Our office is open 10 am - 5 pm, Monday through Friday.
REQUIREMENTS
- Dental billing experience
- Excellent math skills
- Experience with insurance verifications and managing payments (preferred)
- Ability to prepare and submit claims to insurance companies (preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills (preferred)
