You're responsible for verifying patients' benefits, helping them understand their financial responsibilities, and keeping our systems updated to ensure everything runs seamlessly. You are the go-to person for insurance queries, providing patients with confidence and clarity. Your dedication creates a positive experience for both our dental practice and our patients!
This part-time or full-time benefits coordinator role with our practice works varying shifts. Our dentistry is open 10 am-5 pm, Monday through Friday.
REQUIREMENTS
- Dental billing experience
- Excellent math skills
- Experience with insurance verifications and managing payments (preferred)
- Ability to prepare and submit claims to insurance companies (preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills (preferred)
