Perfection Commercial Services has been in business since 1991, and we are looking for a professional and highly motivated individual to join our dynamic and expanding commercial cleaning team as a Lead Custodian in the Battle Creek area.

Our Lead Custodian is responsible for coverage and detail work when needed of their assigned building(s).

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday typical shift would be 5am - 1pm; some weekend overtime maybe necessary.

Essential Functions

  • Wears all necessary personal protective equipment and follow all health and safety regulations based on client recommendations.
  • Has working knowledge in all major areas of custodial maintenance, including restroom sanitation, office cleaning.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
