Perfection Commercial Services has been in business since 1991, and we are looking for a professional and highly motivated individual to join our dynamic and expanding commercial cleaning team as a Floating Custodian in the Battle Creek area.
Our Site Lead is responsible for coverage and detail work when needed of their assigned building.
This position will be responsible for roughly 5-6 team members and will take complete ownership of the buildings needs when custodial absences take place.

- Wears all necessary personal protective equipment and follow all health and safety regulations based on client recommendations.
- Has working knowledge in all major areas of custodial maintenance, including restroom sanitation, office cleaning.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
