Perfection Commercial Services has been in business since 1991, and we are looking for a professional and highly motivated individual to join our dynamic and expanding commercial cleaning team as a Floating Custodian in the Battle Creek area.
Our Facilities Lead is responsible for coverage and detail work when needed of their assigned region of buildings.
This position will be responsible for roughly 5-6 buildings within proximity to one another; The floating custodian will take complete ownership of the buildings within their territory and cover cleaning services when custodial absences take place.

Schedule:
- Monday - Friday typical shift would be 6am - 2pm (start and end times can vary depending on buildings within territory and the specific needs each shift)
- Rotating weekend coverage mandatory if there are issues or needs depending on buildings within territory!
Essential Functions:
- Wears all necessary personal protective equipment and follow all health and safety regulations based on client recommendations.
- Has working knowledge in all major areas of custodial maintenance, including restroom sanitation, office cleaning.
- Valid Driver's License is required.
- Steel toed shoes are required. Must be 18 years of age or older.
