The primary goal includes driving customer satisfaction and retention with educators who use Perfection Learning programs, driving key tactics to engage them throughout the customer journey.
In this role you will:
- Customer Education/Professional Development
- Develop customer education materials to enhance educators’ understanding of Perfection Learning products, including materials for asynchronous, virtual, and onsite learning experiences.
- Deliver high quality virtual and onsite professional development sessions to educators who use Perfection Learning products.
- Partner with sales, sales enablement, customer experience, and digital implementation specialists to drive implementation success and ensure a seamless customer journey from onboarding to renewal, aligning on goals and sharing insights across functions.
- Help customers achieve educational objectives by creating learning experiences that align with school initiatives, goals, and desired outcomes.
- Engage with customers to understand their goals and challenges, using these insights to inform the ongoing evolution of customer education and support initiatives at Perfection Learning.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to develop strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Remain current with ever-changing educational trends and understand customers unique contexts for implementation success.
- Collaborate with sales leaders and sales consultants to strategize and create competitive sales presentations for Perfection Learning products.
- Deliver highly effective virtual and/or in-person sales presentations to current and prospective customers, displaying extensive curriculum and product knowledge.
- Coach the sales team to deliver high-quality sales presentations.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3 years prior K-12 curriculum/EdTech customer success experience.
- 3 years K-12 teaching and/or school administrative experience.
- Persuasive presentation skills to various audiences, mainly executive leadership, and district-level leaders.
- Proficiency using virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Google Meets, Teams, etc.).
- Experience creating short videos to support asynchronous learning.
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong proficiency with EdTech digital products, learning management systems (LMS), and NetSuite (desired).
- Excellent time management skills: ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize appropriately.
- Proven organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of cross-functional teams.
- Frequently lift up to 35 lbs.
- Frequently required to sit, stand, communicate, and listen.
- Have a valid driver’s license
