Description:
We seek a Title Clerk for our corporate headquarters conveniently located in West Chester, OH. As the Title Clerk, you will process customer retail and lease titles and registrations, produce checks for title batches, registrations, and license plates, process resale titles, and perform other duties as assigned. Candidates should have a positive attitude, work efficiently and work well with others. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a plus, but not required.
- Position: Full-Time, With Benefits
- Monday Through Friday
- Eight Hours, Daily - Regularly Scheduled Between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM
- Occasional Overtime
- Pay: Hourly Rate, based on experience

Title Clerk Responsibilities:
- Process customer retail and lease titles and registrations
- Process, log, and follow-up on titles for out-of-state customers
- Process resale titles
- Produce checks for title batches, registrations, and license plates
- Mail, copy, and file retail and lease deal related paperwork
- Enter “Title Status” and “Comments” in Lightyear DMS
- Issue refund checks to customers
- Reconcile assigned accounts
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Extremely high-level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently, without direct supervision
- Positive attitude and willingness to work with a diverse group of associates
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office is a plus
- Previous automotive title experience is a plus
- Experience working in a consolidated accounting office environment is a plus
- Training will be provided for candidates without automotive title experience
- Possess a driver's license with a driving record that allows you to drive company vehicles if needed
