Automotive Sales Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and address their automotive needs and goals.
- Demonstrate products that meet those goals.
- Test drive vehicles with our guests highlighting the features and benefits of each.
- Present purchasing options in a candid, competent manner.
- Facilitate the completion of all related paperwork.
- Fully use customer relation and other related software to maintain close customer relations via phone, email, and any other means necessary to assure customer satisfaction.
- Remain in contact with the customer base to assure a good ownership experience and to expand the dealership customer base through repeat and referral business.
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
- Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.
- Build productive trust relationships with customers.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED needed.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Bilingual speaking salespeople strongly encouraged to apply!
- Basic knowledge of computer literacy.
- Good organizational skills are a plus!
- Substance screening required for employment at Performance Honda.
