Overview
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team for three to six months. We are looking for someone who enjoys digging into challenges, a quick-learner, and self-motivated! This position will be providing critical support by ensuring that requirements are properly documented, timelines are established, tasks are assigned, and timelines/risks/changes are effectively communicated, organizing the various parts of a project to ensure its success!
A strong candidate for this role is collaborative, data-driven, and passionate about providing best-in-class customer experiences via technology.
Location Requirement: Candidates must live in Arizona.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supports the PMO on key operations and business driven projects
- Build Project Plans with support of Business Leads and Product Owners
- Responsible for supporting and executing Marketing Operations team projects
- Perform extensive technical quality assurance
- Collaborates with team members across different departments to document operational and business improvements, develop requirements, execute them
- Document processes, systemic relationships, data definitions, changes, etc.
- Partner with the PMO and Development to improve the request process and prioritization by the business
- Work within project management software to prioritize and report on tasks
- Work with vendors to support product enhancements and drive adoption across the organization
- Position will be engaging with Technical and Business teams and will need to have baseline understanding of eCommerce and DTC operations, as well as needs to be familiar with common industry terms and comfortable understanding tech perspectives and translating them into requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience/background
- 2 years of related experience or equivalent understanding of subject matter
- Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment, must be adaptable and willing to take on additional responsibilities as necessary
- Previous eCommerce/DTC experience a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $30.00 per hour
