The Opportunity:
Perkins Eastman has an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic, purpose-driven team in our Boston office working within the Marketing Department. We are seeking an outstanding Marketing Manager to work closely with others in the department, studio, and in the firm. The Marketing Manager participates in all stages of the procurement process, from strategy to proposal preparation to interviews for high-impact projects that shape communities.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of high-impact proposal and submissions, qualifications packages, and presentations to win new work.
- Conduct market research, track opportunities, analyze capital planning data to support business development.
- Partner with Principals and senior leaders to shape marketing strategies and pursue opportunities.
- Manage the pursuit process and teams, ensuring seamless coordination and impactful storytelling.
- Build relationships and represent the firm to clients, peer organizations, and consultants.
- Collaborate with other marketing professionals to progress the overall firm marketing strategy.
- Provide general support for the marketing and business development efforts in the studio.
- Guide and mentor Marketing Coordinators, fostering professional growth and development.
- Support the development of communications and thought leadership materials, in collaboration with Principals and Communications Department, to strengthen the firm brand, ethos and market presence.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Graphic Design or a related field.
- Minimum 10 to 12 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in the AEC industry.
- Strong time management skills in a deadline driven environment.
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative field
- Must possess strong computer skills and high proficiency in Creative Suite and Office 365.

Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographical work location.
Salary Range: $90,000-$110,000 depending on experience and location.
