SUMMARY: The Customer Experience intern will assist in providing exceptional support to our customers while gaining practical experience in a professional environment. This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop customer service skills, learn industry best practices, and contribute to our mission of delivering top-notch service.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & REPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer questions and concerns via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and accuracy.
- Support Customer Experience Team: Collaborate with team members to resolve issues, process orders, and handle customer accounts.
- Document Interactions: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our issue management system.
- Problem Solving: Help identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
- Data Analysis: Assist in gathering and analyzing customer feedback to improve service quality.
- Administrative Support: Perform general office tasks and support special projects as needed.
- Maintain Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Enrolled in a college or university program, preferably in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Follow through on issue resolution and customer communications.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with customer service software or CRM systems is a plus, but not required.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
