Key Tasks
- Review call log entries from the previous day and assess if the information entered into the call log meets the definition of an alleged complaint
- Open complaint records within the complaint management system based on the review of data entered into the call log by customer experience
- Train customer experience on the process of entering data into the call log so that a corrrect complaint determination can be made
- Support and collaborate with other complaint analysts and investigators for administrative support as needed
- Participate in daily management meetings and report key metrics as deemed necessary by senior management
