ATTORNEY – CONSTRUCTION LITIGATION

JUNIOR TO MID ASSOCIATE

Location : Charleston, South Carolina

Our client, a Mid-Sized Southeastern Regional law firm with a national practice is seeking a highly-qualified and motivated Attorney to join their growing Construction, Development & Condemnation Litigation Practice Group. This role involves working on a wide range of complex construction litigation matters.

Candidate Profile :

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
• Active bar license in South Carolina.
• 1-6 years of experience in complex construction litigation.
• Proven experience in drafting pleadings, arguing motions, and handling discovery , including depositions .
• Exceptional research, writing, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Compensation :
