Over 716 fisheries around the world, representing 19% of the annual global marine catch, are now engaged in the MSC program and MSC certified and labelled seafood products are now available in over 66 countries.We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Program Director, USA, to lead our dynamic and ambitious US team, and deliver the MSC’s over-arching aims and objectives in the region. You’ll be responsible for managing a high-performing, dynamic team across our key work areas of fisheries, supply chain and markets, and communications ensuring strategic oversight and delivery of the US country plan. Building awareness, trust and understanding across a broad range of stakeholders and consumers will be core to success in this role.As our next Program Director, you will be a leader and manager who has the experience and ability to motivate and manage a team effectively, and to foster a positive can-do mind-set and a focus on objectives. You will be an engaging and confident external ambassador and negotiator for MSC externally with the ability to build a strong network.
