About The Role
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Creative Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the visual identity of our brand across multiple platforms. You'll collaborate with marketing, demand generation, and development teams to bring concepts to life through engaging graphics, videos, and animations that align with our brand vision. What you'll do:
- Build and govern a comprehensive brand guidelines document as the brand evolves
- Ensure brand guidelines are consistently adhered to across the website and all marketing assets
- Lead the visual identity aspect of marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team
- Conceptualize with the demand generation team to create engaging, eye-catching creative content for social media feeds
- Simplify complex concepts using data, art, and technology to make them easy to understand
- Apply creative vision to direct video content and create accompanying graphics to produce polished, finished videos
- Collaborate with development and marketing teams to create animations and images for the website
- Edit and produce animations, videos, and other multimedia content to engage our audience
- Build ads and visuals to support demand generation programs
- Create graphics for the website, print materials, and sales assets
- 2-4 years of experience working in creative design for a SaaS company
- Proven experience guiding all aspects of design and production for print, web, social media, video, and physical space
- Strong ability to manage brand consistency across various platforms and formats
- Proficiency in creating animations and videos that drive engagementCollaborative mindset with experience working with cross-functional teams
- Strong sense of aesthetics and an understanding of what constitutes good design—you have good taste
