- Provide high-quality, in-person therapy to a caseload primarily consisting of children, teens, and young adults.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members and participate in team meetings.
- Be available for evening and/or after-school appointments to accommodate client needs.
- Maintain a full-time caseload.
- Licensure in the state of Ohio (LPC and or LSW).
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults.
- Strong clinical skills and a commitment to evidence-based practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
