Role Summary:
As a Social Media Account Manager, you’ll be the vital link between our clients and their online success. Your expertise in managing Instagram accounts and other platforms will ensure client satisfaction and retention. Reporting to the Director of Account Management, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our clients’ digital presence.
Remote Job
You can hang out with your cat or dog on your Macbook while in your pajamas wrapped up in a blanket on the couch while working, or sit at a coffee shop all day. You can work from anywhere.
Full Time Position (Monday - Friday - 8-10 Hours/Day)
When Hired There Will be an Onboarding/Training and Then You Can Get Started
Responsibilities
Uploading Content - Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook, Youtube, Linkedin, etc
Checking Over Clients Final Edits (spelling, grammar, etc)
Checking Over Clients Final Scripts (spelling, grammar, etc)
Client Communication (POC) - Text & Emails
Client Onboarding
Building Relationships with Clients
Managing Clients Content Workflow - Research, Scripting, Editing, Uploading
Managing a Team - Researchers, Editors, Copywriters, etc
Occasionally Boosting Content
Creating Monthly Reports
And more
Experience Required:
1 to 2 years of account management experience in social media.
Mastery of managing social media accounts, especially Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
Excellent customer service skills, maintaining professionalism with clients and support staff.
You are well versed in social media marketing
You understand short form content (Instagram reels, Facebook reels, Youtube shorts, TikToks, etc)
You know the algorithms, specifically instagram
You can follow systems that are in place
Strong with spelling & grammar
Dependable and will get work done on time everyday
Responsive will reply in 30 minutes or less
Committed and looking for a long term role with consistency and security
Organized and very neat and detail oriented (super important)
Pay:
Note: we have researchers who do the researchers who do the research, copywriters who do the scripting, and editors who do the editing and you will handle everything else
$4,500 - $6,000/Month
