Are you a detail-oriented, organized, and people-loving individual ready to make a difference? Personalized Independent Living Opportunities & Training Services, Inc. is seeking a PART TIME Office Manager to be the backbone of our administration team!
What You’ll Do:
🌟 Office Management: Oversee and organize the front office, including the reception area, conference room, and supply closets.
🌟 Communication: Answer incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate staff, and manage messages.
🌟 Mail Handling: Receive, distribute daily incoming mail, and take outgoing mail to the post office at the end of each day.
🌟 Visitor Support: Greet and direct visitors, ensuring they are welcomed and directed to the right department.
🌟 Clerical Support: Assist with filing, photocopying, faxing, collating, and any other administrative tasks as needed.
🌟 Office Supplies: Monitor office inventory, order supplies, and ensure they’re distributed across various programs.
🌟 Scheduling: Help schedule meetings, assist in setting up Manager meetings, and assist in organizing job assignments for seasonal students.
🌟 Assist Executive Director: Provide clerical and administrative support as requested, including drafting letters, memos, and reports.
🌟 Ensure Office Operations: Manage office equipment (copiers, postage meter), contact for service as needed, and coordinate express mail pick-ups (FedEx, UPS).
🌟 Confidentiality and Compliance: Ensure the office operates in compliance with organizational policies, including background checks, drug testing, and record-keeping.

Qualifications
✔️ At least 2 years of front desk experience
✔️ Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
✔️ Excellent organization, communication, and multitasking abilities
✔️ A proactive attitude, with the ability to prioritize and take direction
✔️ Customer service experience a plus!
