Job Title : Construction Estimator – Shelby, NC
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our client, a local company, as a Construction Estimator . This in-office role offers competitive pay, and individuals with construction experience are encouraged to apply -even if you have no prior estimating experience. Training will be provided.
Pay :
16-$18 / hr. for entry-level candidates
Experienced candidates : pay will depend on experience
What You’ll Do :
Read and interpret blueprints.
Perform material takeoffs and input data into estimating software.
Prepare detailed estimates and submit them to contractors via email.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
Qualifications :
Construction experience is helpful but not required.
Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
A 4-year degree and / or 4 years of construction estimating experience preferred.
General construction knowledge is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and proficiency with estimating software.
