Were a wellness-centered sauna studio looking to hire a Sales Associate who isnt just skilled in sales, but also genuinely excited about promoting health and wellness. Our ideal candidate is someone who practices what they preach a wellness enthusiast who regularly enjoys sauna sessions and understands the amazing benefits they offer.
We Offer
Hourly Pay ability to earn unlimited commission and bonuses based on types of memberships sold - paid out monthlyWhile in sales training, the potential to earn a commission when shadowing other sales associates
We offer comprehensive training but some experience is required.All employees will receive hands-on training regarding the business and Perspire Health and Wellness PhilosophyGain marketable skills! Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphereReaching out to leads using our CRM with high-energyPromote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio MembershipSet reservations and book follow-up appointmentsAccommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome - look for ways to connect with them on a personal levelAdminister studio tours for new guestsAnswer all questions about services and the facilityMaintain clean facility, turnover / cleaning of individual sauna roomsMaintain and organize the facilitys towel supply areaWhen you're ready to love your job and achieve your full potential, let's talk.
