Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator/ supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising conveyor machinery in a EV manufacturing environment, ensuring that production processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Duties
- Operate and monitor machinery to ensure optimal performance and quality output.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime.
- Utilize basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to production.
- Fabricate components as needed, following specifications and blueprints.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during the manufacturing process.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Package finished goods for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience (3 yrs ) in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot machinery issues.
- Familiarity with CAM programming and CAD software is a plus.
- Experience operating forklifts is desirable; certification may be required.
- Basic welding skills are an advantage but not mandatory.
- Proficient in using hand tools and understanding their applications in production tasks.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety protocols.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
