Responsibilities:
- Efficiently schedule customer appointments and ensure optimal utilization of technician schedules.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, such as answering phone calls, responding to company text and emails, and coordinating with technicians.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, appointment details, and service requests.
- Collaborate with the pest control team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Optimize technician routes and schedules to maximize productivity and minimize travel time.
- Assist in preparing invoices and collecting payments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to scheduling and customer service.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment to facilitate smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service and phone scheduling is essential.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in using office software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in scheduling and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work Monday-Friday with a flexible schedule, accommodating parents who may need to work around their children's school schedules.
- Must be able to commit to approximately 30 hours per week.
- Applicants must pass a state test within 90 days of employment.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.35 - $17.00 per hour
