Genuine Pest Control, a Pahrump based company is seeking a part time Receptionist/Office Administrator. The position will be a fixed schedule, 3 or 4 week days per week, from 8am to 4-4:30pm with an hour lunch. All training will be provided.
The job includes answering phones, explaining services, assisting customers, contacting customers to schedule appointments, for accounts receivable, or follow ups.. Communicating with the technicians regarding updates in the day's schedule. Helping customers who walk through the door. Communicating with vendors regarding inventory or services rendered. Corresponding by email and phone. Lots of communicating.
The administrative side of the job includes scheduling appointments and keeping the schedule in order. Entering customer information into our software. It is a user friendly software and we use apple computers. You will be doing some filing, keeping track of inventory and supplies, filling out termite reports, and more.
This job is great for someone who likes to communicate with people, is organized and reliable, and who can both work alone and be part of a team.
CANDIDATES MUST
- Have a high school diploma, GED equivalent, or higher
- Have at least 1 year of office receptionist/administrative experience, within the past 5 years.
- Be willing to undergo a criminal background check, according to current laws, along with references from previous employers.
COMPENSATION
Compensation begins at $18/hr for the first 3 months, at which time you will eligible for a raise upon review. In addition a quarterly bonus is available, after your 2nd quarter (calendar) of work.
