What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service position at Pet Care Plus?
Are you an experienced doggie daycare or vet office customer service rep? Do you want to join a leader in the pet services industry?
Pet Care Plus provides dog boarding, daycare, grooming, and a variety of additional services to the West Loop and surrounding areas. We are currently looking for candidates to fill the Customer Service role. Successful candidates will have one or more years experience in customer service and client coordination in the Pet Care industry. All applicants should be able to remain standing for long periods of time, be able to lift 50 pounds, and be comfortable working with dogs of varying sizes and temperaments. Must be available weekdays and weekends 1-2 times per month as needed and around holidays. Please do not apply if you cannot work some weekends and around both Christmas and Thanksgiving holidays (The actual holiday the office is closed).
Duties include managing calls/emails, taking reservations, collecting payment, giving tours of the facility, knowledge of clients (both human and canine), and delivering excellent customer service. Industry experience is a must, as well as outstanding written and verbal communication skills!

Salary: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35-40 per week
