What will you do?
- Coordinate schedules and assist with Check-In and Check-Out for concessions team members and NPO team members for all events at Petco Park, in conjunction with Company policies, procedures, and GuestPath Standards
- Send all concessions team members event dates, report times, and parking information on a weekly basis
- Monitor attendance activity such as No Shows, Number of workers, and tardiness
- General office duties such as reviewing emails, filing and answering phones
- Other duties as assigned
More about you
- Ability to problem-solve and operate in a fast-paced environment
- 6 months previous related experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience as a training administrator or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Physical requirements
- Ability to consistently stand, bend, stoop, and kneel
- Ability to lift 35lbs
