Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Professional Pet Groomer Team Leader to join our grooming salon team. As a key member of our team, you will lead salon operations and mentor grooming team members, ensuring high-quality customer service and achieving sales targets and salon objectives. Key responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, training, and supervising a team of entry-level trainees, providing coaching, feedback, training, and performance evaluations, and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and developing action plans.
As a successful candidate, you will have 2 or more years' experience as a professional groomer and/or completion of a technical grooming training program, strong leadership skills, expert-level proficiency in breed-specific cuts, styling techniques, and grooming standards, genuine passion for animals, and strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
